Ppclub Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering a ppclub account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you expressly or implicitly agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the ppclub platform.

PPClub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility to Become a ppclub Member

To use ppclub services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You are not registering or using the platform on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

PPClub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) ppclub account only. Owning more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number. PPClub will use this information for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorization.
• Notifying ppclub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

PPClub is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

PPClub supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, local debit/credit cards, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically processed in under 3 minutes via DuitNow and FPX.
• PPClub does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours.
• Accounts must complete the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• PPClub reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

6. Game Rules & Wagering

• All slot games use an RNG certified by a recognized independent body. The outcome of every spin is random and free from external influence.
• Confirmed and accepted sports bets are final. Any errors in placing a bet are solely the member's responsibility.
• PPClub reserves the right to void and refund bets involving significant technical errors, including errors in odds or game information.
• Bets placed using unauthorized methods or through system manipulation will be voided without compensation.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing others to play using your account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the ppclub platform.
• Taking any action that compromises the security, stability, or reputation of the ppclub platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members or ppclub staff through any communication channel.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ppclub to the public.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

PPClub reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members under the responsible gaming program.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the ppclub customer support team. If a valid balance remains in the account at the time of closure, ppclub will process the withdrawal of that balance once all security checks have been completed.

9. ppclub Liability Limits

PPClub strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times; however, we cannot guarantee it will be entirely free from technical disruptions, downtime, or errors. Subject to applicable laws, ppclub is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical emergencies, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties in the context of gaming or betting.

In all circumstances, ppclub's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

PPClub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the last changes were made. Continued use of the ppclub platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the ppclub platform or these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

All official communications relating to disputes must be made in writing and submitted to ppclub through the official support channels available on the platform.
